Susan Rice is on television right now acting like the president she is.
Announcing executive orders Biden hasn't even signed yet. Now the reporters are asking what she's doing about "White Nationalism" and "people waving confederate flags".
She obviously got fed up with doddering Biden and decided to step out front and center.
And it's all racial equality to take over the economy.
She is absolutely the president.
nope! but you can believe it if you want to.

and has a son who is a registered REPUBLICAN who looks more white than black...

There is an important error in this ‘article’ or opinion. The author is quoting Susan Rice when I believe he means Kamala Harris.

Better to know what your Enemies have in store for you than living in a Bubble thinking everything is Peaches and Cream.
The Eloi were perfectly content having no clue was was in store for them.

What happens then will be interesting. I believe that Kamala is ambitious in the extreme and might not allow herself to be controlled as Biden is. She might well send everyone packing and fill their jobs with people she knows are loyal to her. Don’t know how ‘beloved’ she was during her two years in the Senate, but she’ll have to deal with Schumer/Pelosi et. al who will not likely want to dance to her tune.
