LOS ANGELES — A former Transportation Security Administration agent who was accused of tricking a traveler into showing her breasts as she went through security at Los Angeles International Airport pleaded no contest Friday to false imprisonment, authorities said.
The woman told investigators that Lomeli told her he had to look inside her bra to ensure she wasn't hiding anything, had her hold her pants away from her waist for a check, and then said he would take her to a private room for further security screening, prosecutors said.
But when they were alone on an elevator, Lomeli told the woman he could perform the screening there and ordered her to lift her shirt and show her breasts, then looked down her pants, she said.
Lomeli then told the woman she was free to go and added that she had nice breasts, authorities said.

I recall a story from several years ago. Some fellow in Italy convinced a number of women that he could do breast exams by the use of an overhead satellite. He lead the gullible ladies to a rooftop or balcony and had them bare their breasts to the sky. As I recall, he told all of them that they passed the exam.

25 comments so far, NOT A SINGLE ONE questions whether this actually happened. I realize the agent was convicted, but was it just the word of the woman, or were there cameras or other recordings. But then again, once arrested by the feds, you’re going to jail regardless of whether you fight or plead.
The AP doesn’t say anything, and I can’t find anything else.
For all I know, the agent is about as guilty as Kavenaugh. Starts making it easier to understand the Left jumping to conclusions...we’re no better.
Biden is just doing a security pat-down on those women to check for hidden weapons. It’s for our own good.
