Election Reform

Now is the time for state legislatures (especially in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada) to step-up and ensure the integrity of our election. And NOW is the time for us to help them do their job. They need us to push them and offer meaningful suggestions.

The US Constitution grants only to the state legislatures the ability to run the elections. Whether or not a legislature gives the authority to operate an election (ie: through the Secretary of State), the ultimate authority remains with the state legislature. This authority cannot be changed without a constitutional amendment. The Secretary of State or Governor if a state cannot override the will of the legislature in regards to the election. The state legislatures must insist upon election integrity through legislation. This legislation does not require the approval of the governor as the US Constitution does not grant the authority to the governor in regards to the elections.

In light of this, it’s time to insists that our legislatures take up the task NOW of ensuring the integrity of future elections. I am not an expert in elections, but after seeing the possible election fraud and weakness in our elections, I offer these suggestions. Certainly others with more knowledge should give better input and advice.

Electronic Hacking Issue:

- No connection to internet on poll and counting machines

- Open-sourced software on all equipment (poll and counting)

- No software updates allowed without legislature approval, and only software approved by both parties may be used for recording and counting votes.

- Scanned images retained for 22 months.

- All equipment should be auditable

- Reporting servers must be auditable and in the US. Must be auditable and keep logs showing counts received real-time.

Absentee ballot issue:

- No ballots shall be sent to voter unless requested by voter. When a request is received, the voter will be sent an email and/or text (both if possible) that a ballot has been requested. No ballots to be sent to post office boxes and/or other non-residences.

- No ability to adjudicate ballots, except when both parties are observing. No adjudication to be done on ballots until all other ballots are counted, and both party selected/approved monitors are involved in the process. Disputed ballots may not be counted.

- No ballots without signature will be counted

- No drop-off boxes allowed.

- All bar codes on ballot envelopes must be scanned in when received. A real-time count (within 24 hours of receiving ballots) must be kept. When a ballot is received by the state, the voter may be able to check online for via phone that their ballot has been received. A confirmation email and/or text is sent to the voter on file for each ballot received. Ballots to remain unopened until election day.

- Original ballots kept for 22 months

- All ballots, both original and scanned, can be audited independently or against each other. Audits may be done forensically.

- Late ballots only allowed for military and overseas personnel.

- No shutdown for counting, except for extenuating circumstances. When a shutdown must occur, the national guard shall be present to monitor and secure ballot counting facility. Video cameras must be in place where any counting is performed and show multiple angles. Video should be shown real-time as well as video preserved for reviewing purposes.

- Poll watchers from both parties always allowed. Penalties should exist for those who bar approved watchers from polling places.

- No counting or adjudication can be done without adequate monitoring by both parties and in a manner approved by both parties.

- Signature verification should be consistent throughout the entire state. Standards cannot be different, causing varying rejection rates.

Voter Rolls:

- Must be kept current.

- If real-time statistics are kept on who has voted (both absentee ballots received and ballots cast by the end of election day), this information must be sent to both parties at the close of voting. This should help ensure that late ballots are not produced and “found”.

Transfer points:

When voting is completed and votes are tabulated, the poll units should produce tabulation files and paper print-outs of the results. The printout shall be given to both parties. The printout shall have a unique identifier of the file. If desired, the file name could have the results of a race (ie: presidential/senate/etc.) encoded in the name as well as the identification of the counting tabulator unit used to tabulate the results. The tabulation files with the embedded identifier should then be transported under lock-and-key and under supervision of both parties to the county counting facility. At the counting facility, when the files are uploaded, the tallies should match the counts on the printout as well as the file identifier should match the unique identifier on the printout.

Election Fraud laws:

Severe mandatory punishment for election fraud, ballot harvesting, etc. should be in place to deter vote manipulation.

All we got out of those state legislatures was lip service, and even that is being severely punished. Don’t hold your breath.

Absentee ballots should be restricted to cases such as overseas military service personnel.

Everyone else should vote in person at a public polling station and, leave their thumb-print to ensure that no-one is voting twice and that only citizens are voting.

When a ballot is received by the state, the voter may be able to check online for via phone that their ballot has been received.

This can be done by process of petition.

When a ballot is received by the state, it is checked against voter registration, and its image is stored unless one exists already. In that case an alert stops the process until the ballot is segregated into a disputed status and the voter notified. Ballot images are cleared some number of months after the election.

Thanks for listing the election law changes needed.

Now it is up to the voters in the many States controlled by the GOP to make these changes immediately.

I am in Florida and I have already asked my State Senator and Representative to rescind the ‘no-excuse, mail-in’ voting laws in our state.

While Florida escaped the voter fraud that was pandemic elsewhere, we cannot afford to rest on our laurels.

Every FReeper needs to start the process. We know the election was stolen because too many states have failed to have strong election laws. FReepers are the activists. There is no one else to do it for us.

The ballot processing centers were centralized in the big cities with oversight and staffing entirely made of Obama ACORN people. This must be stopped.

They got away with pushing ballot observers 50 yards away by saying that the law only says observers were to be PRESENT, which they were technically.

The uncontrolled mail in ballots did their magic, polluting the whole vote.

And if we are talking solutions, ballot processing centers must allow no boxes, bags, trunks, containers or vehicles in or out of the facility after 10 pm election night.

And there must be no shredding of any materials for 6 months.

The legislature has legal authority of the voting process and materials. There should be prosecution of election boards who forbid them auditing access.

Under McConnell in 2019, Democrats had proposed election security proposals to which McConnell didn’t take up.

The bills include a Democratic measure that would send more than $1 billion to state and local governments to tighten election security, but would also demand a national strategy to protect American democratic institutions against cyberattacks and require that states spend federal funds only on federally certified “election infrastructure vendors.” A bipartisan measure in both chambers would require internet companies like Facebook to disclose the purchasers of political ads. Back in June 2019, Mitch blocked it as he didn’t want Federal involvement. Senate proposal would provide incentives for paper ballots. He felt things were ok as is.

Another bipartisan Senate proposal would codify cyberinformation-sharing initiatives between federal intelligence services and state election officials, speed up the granting of security clearances to state officials and provide federal incentives for states to adopt paper ballots.

Totally agree, we must harass the legislature especially if they’re pubbies. We only have one shot at this as next time they will dial all of them out of office.

Second, someone in each state needs to start filing civil suits against anyone they have evidence on of having committed voter fraud, witness the poll workers pulling ballots out from under desks. The State gave them a pass but that doesn’t prevent someone from filing a civil suit against them. Plus Sydney Powel says she has hundreds of sworn affidavits that are admissible in court. Civil suits don’t require the attorney general and they only have to prove the preponderance of evidence. Win some suits against the low level people involved and they will think twice before they engage in that again. It will also make the local papers and that’s where the fraud is being perpetuated.

Civil suits should be filed as Quo Warranto at this point in the election, in DC Circuit Court where the CongressCreep you want to sue is located. That applies to Resident Bidet and the unnatural born citizen Kamala Harris.

But you may have to wait to see results of forensic audits being scheduled now. I say this because I have not seen evidence of packets sent from the US, with identifying IP and related longitude / latitude location, to a foreign country IP and related longitude / latitude location (Frankfurt). A corresponding ballot destined to be returned to the originating location needs to be depicted, with a before and after image showing change in vote from the returning IP (Italy, Spain) to the originating IP location. If anyone has a link to such an exposition, please post it. (Avoid the Lin Wood video which does not display the results of his explanation, for example)

The "elections" in those states have been automated.

It's too late.

On the flip side, wait'll the Democrat "voters" in those states get a load of what that means to them: their party no longer has to be responsive to their concerns.

The wealth of comfortable middle-class Democrats is now on the menu. The Democrap Party can ignore blacks and illegals.

Dominion robot voting machines have no demands.

I admire your positive attitude. I’m a Floridian too and am proud we voted for Trump.

Unfortunately, our anti-American government will soon force mail-in ballots on every state.

Joe Blow opened our borders and congress will make every illegal alien a voting citizen.

The republic is over.
