Can someone please explain this to me? Trump said "we caught them all", so I would assume to mean he has the evidence to prove it was stolen.

Trump said it. This isn’t some “Q” thing.
Pretty tough to prosecute when the prosecutors, the investigators , and the deepstate politicians are dining at the same chinese buffet as the media.
I do believe “we caught them all”.
However, as we have found from day one of the Trump Presidency, political crimes are above the law and the criminals go unpunished.
So I call it ‘catch and release’.

Trump is highly given to hyperbole. Does it all the time. Says he’s had the greatest this that and the other in history, which is bulldookey most of the time.
This would be just another of his blow-harding self-congratulation. You have to learn to take his words with a grain of salt.
The Republicans helped Joe Biden win, so you need to blame them too for what Biden does.
No one cared or were bought off/blackmailed. They thought this one through, knowing they were going to get caught.
