I read this to DH and he was watching Lou Dobbs and heard Schumer saie “excited the erection - uh - insurraction” and Dobbs said “he must have mis-spoke”. DH, not being a native English speaker (but completely fluent) may have mistkaen “incited” for “excited” but Schumer definitely said “erection” instead of “insurrection”.
It’s habbening.
