Trump needs to send the message back to McConnell — if I’m convicted, I start a third party, take 75% of the party with me and will aggressively campaign for candidates against Republicans that voted against me.

It was sort of a rhetorical question.

lLooks like Trump said "Up yours, Mitch!" since it is being reported that Assange has been pardoned.

McConnell is on the sunset of his career.

I doubt that Mitch McConnell has anything to worry about.

He'll have something to worry about if Trump decides to start a third party. Being the leader of the Senate Republicans party might not mean much after that.

Any Republican who votes to convict Trump will never win another election, except perhaps as a Democrat.

Time for Mitch to go to China and stay there.

Screw McConnell. Trump will be out of office, so any “trial” is BS and moot. As for them trying to pass some bullshyt “law” that forbids Trump from running in 2024 or even running for senate, they’ll need to leave the country.

We’ve tried to primary Mitch the last 2 cycles. He’s the 900# gorilla in KY. His Dem opponents can’t even get within 20pts in elections. He prob setup Matt Bevins in a primary run with some chicken fighting org that Bevin failed to vet properly. Still think it was a setup by Mitch and friends.

“If true, McConnell should be impeached...”

Members of Congress cannot be impeached no matter how much they might deserve it. The only mechanism for removal other than death or resignation is expulsion by the house they are in. Takes 2/3rds majority. Mitch just got re-elected to another 6-year term.

“I’ve never made my mind up at all about Assange, or Snowden”

Snowden seems extremely lucid and on the side of misc. average peeps, worldwide.

Assange is more than a bit more questionable. I still don’t see where the US has jurisdiction over Assange.

Are the rumours of election fraud on behalf of Ditch in Ky. in 2020 likely true?

All you people worried about Trump’s new party ‘splitting the vote’, THIS is who you want us to be associated with instead ??? I would vote for a Democrat before I give money to or vote for these people again, and I will never vote Democrat. At least Democrats are the open enemy.
