That’s what I saw - 3 targets: 3 Gorges, Tiananmen (Beijing) and Wuhan.
The only odd thing is that Wuhan is downstream from 3 Gorges so if the dam goes it’s going anyway - but given it’s a biologic site it could be double targeted for insurance purposes.
If that’s not a warning to stay out of it and stand down I’m not sure what is.
If the dam and Wuhan lab are attacked at the same time, maybe the thinking is that the water flow will destroy everything downstream of the dam (400 million people and important centres of government and commerce) and the biological weapons of their own making will compound the destruction.

That’s a strong possibility. Let’s say both the lab and the dam are missiled together in retaliation for an attack on the US. Taking out the dam will destroy everything downstream - about 400 million people and important centres of government, industry and commerce.
But it will take maybe 30-60 minutes for the water to get to Wuhan, so the biological weapons of their own making may get a head start and be airborne and on their way to places the water doesn’t go before the water from the dam breach gets there.
The Central Plains of the Three Gorges were the training ground of the army, and became the homes of the strategic reserve and mobile forces of China. Forty-five percent of the Chinese army was there, twenty percent of the armoured division, thirty-eight percent of the infantry division, and one hundred percent of the airborne division - all downstream of the dam. This could be why there have been reports of troop movement inside China - not preparing for aggression, but taking precautions for a dam breach, either by natural causes or as a result of war.
