The Biden will just be a figure head, and so will Kamala.

Both will take directions from Pelosi and Schumer and those in "Biden's" cabinet who are still of sound mind, and will just be a third term for the Obama presidency, where even Obama was following orders from the management of the democrat party.

Biden can even hold a press conference and every speech he reads was written for him by his handlers and the DNC leaders, with the approval of Pelosi and Schumer. Biden will never be allowed to hold a press conference where he takes questions from all reporters, and will only take questions from pre-chosen questioners, with pre-written questions, and Biden will have the ready-made answers on a teleprompter.
