Texas will do this and our Gov, Lt Gov and our great AG ken Paxton will have our full unwavering support. We must codify nullification of ALL federal gun laws. Nullification would include the unconstitutional and very dangerous federal NFA and 1968 GCA. This would allow the free transfer possession and manufacturing of any type of firearm for individuals as the second amendment was originally intended. This is very important as one of the long term effects of banning possession of weapons freely available to government agents is one of the very reasons we now face a government emboldened and determined to impose tyranny.
I haven’t seen where Gov Abbott has, like so many other Govs, called for NG to protect our Capitol.

I live in a rural Texas county with a hispanic population of 16 percent. None, and I mean NONE of the hispanics I know were Biden supporters. Our county elections board said that our county went redder than it has ever been. The bottom line is, the Hispanic community likes the police, they like the roaring economy, they like not having covid lockdowns, and they know where those jobs came from.
I totally agree........the ones that are our friends, that do work for us feel that way. When they see what the lech and laughing hyena are going to do, they’ll be just as pissed off as we are.....count on it.

San Antonio has been the worst in that arena. When I moved here in 1975, it was 67% Hispanic and solidly republican. Now it’s about 67% Hispanic and the politics are firmly in the control of leftists (not just liberals).
Abbott sees the handwriting on the wall. Glad he got ahead of whatever the evil dems are planning for the 20th.
Texas Government will likely face a “color revolution” just as other countries, or Fed.gov. has. They better be prepared for it.
Just imagine - when push comes to shove on some key issue, the Governor will be declared “racist” or “insurrectionist.” The Federal Courts and organs of power will harass him, or anyone in power, with nonsense investigations and court edicts. America’s controlled media will demonize them. America’s leftist oligarchs will spend $hundred of millions (which they have already) on “social justice” and corrupt “count all votes” standards. Social media will organize approved talking points, and approved “protests” a will appear to create bloody, violent scenes, to be followed by demands for peace, which can only be had by the removal of offending Texas politicians.
I hope to God Texas is ready for this, because this and much more will be coming.
We HAVE to keep Abbott as governor as long as we can! We are a hairs throw away from losing our Texas. When Texas goes so does the nation! The hordes of illegal caravan immigrants have swallowed many of our red cities here! Highly unlikely for many reasons. First the left has already used this tactic (not in Texas) and have assumed power. They don't want anymore protests or disputed elections. Now they will do the exact opposite and suppress any force of rebellion. They don't want the appearance of disputed elections moving forward.
Second Texas is way ahead of the game which is why we did not see any of the staged riots hear to any degree. We have rejected dominion voting machines and our AG is actively and aggressively arresting and prosecuting election fraudsters.
Lastly of course is independence is just in the blood of every Texan. When they say don't mess with Texas they aren't kidding around.

There are six New England states, and half of them have Constitutional Carry, including Maine, where I live. The other two are New Hampshire and Vermont.
Will Gov. Abbott allow the sale, possession and transfer of semi-automatic rifles and 30-round magazines to continue in Texas, even if there is a federal ban by the scumbags in Washington?

This is very true. It's also the reason we must push Abbott to not be milquetoast on the 2nd amendment in any way shape or form. We must have complete codified nullification of all federal gun laws including the NFA and GCA. We cannot accept anything that is only symbolic and we cannot accept current highly restrictive federal gun laws. Our federal government has used the NFA and GCA to gain an upper hand in the balance of power over the people. This is one of the primary reasons the central government has become so totalitarian in their approach to armed Americans. In a nutshell they are just like any other conquering force and that is they make their move when they believe they have the decisive upper hand.
This is what the long term affect of regulating the types of arms for the people while having no restriction on government has caused.
If we are to guarantee the freedom and safety of all Texans We cannot accept anything but total 2nd amendment rights with no restrictions just as intended by our founders.
