This is a great house, but the neighborhood has evolved into radical treason supporters. Be prepared to see trum p flags and signs flying for the next 20 years. If you're bent on violently destroying your country, this is a nice place for you to do it. Great if you have animals, too!

Look at the history of the sales price. The price has been listed between $25,000 and $315,000 over the last 4 years. Someone is playing games.
Good way to get at your annoying Rat neighbor if fake.
Or someone refurbished a broken down home. Not uncommon price jump when someone builds on a lot to someone doing a home makeover.
Nice place......Unfortunately, by the time I finished cutting the grass, I’d have to start all over again.

I have a 7 bdrm, 5 bath, 38 acres hideaway in MO.
If anyone interested...(deer graze in the yard and the people are not crazy)
And a 5 bdrm, 2 bath, arm and leg taxes, in Illinois....who am I kidding...no freeper in their right mind would...(but there is lots of legal weed avail)
Those low numbers probably reflect an empty lot or a trashed repo

Got to love the Country Folks in Missouri, I used to visit my aunt in Seymore when life in the city got me down and out.
The prices reflect somebody building a house on an empty property.
