I haven’t seen anything about state militia being called to federal service.
States are sending armed militia to sleep in our Capitol?
That is the Capitol of The United States Of America!
It is not the Capitol of New York or California!
This is a police matter!
May God damn any militia supporting this Democrat insurrection!
Where is the threat?
Without a serious threat, moving armed militia to the Capitol of The United States Of America is illegal and should be considered an insurrection by the states sending them.
Federal forces need to remove them!
If not, there is no more United States!
Surrender.
I Think it’s a trap. No self respecting Conservative would use that type of language. Antifa is on a roll. IMHO

Or maybe disappears for a while ... it all depends on whether he's capable of admitting to being mistaken.
I’m not sure where you are going with this, the National Guard is only nominally an individual state(s) organization, and for all intents and purposes is a national force. Their chain of command goes right to the commander and chief, who is able to deploy, mobilize, train, arm, expand, decrease, said units without the permission of state governments. Every time states have fought this legally, they have lost.
Thanks!!
I saw the NG, from POTUS, but was just curious about the DEA being ordered up there, as well.
There have to be written orders so that the Soldiers can be paid.
There have to be written orders so that the Soldiers can receive medical care.
There have to be written orders so that transportation costs can be paid.
The President is the Commander In Chief.
Governors and Representatives cannot write orders to do this.
If Cuomo told the Adjutant General of New York to just send some armed militia to occupy the Capitol, then he has broken the law.
The federal government provides 90% of the money for the National Guard.
>>> Completely delusional.
You better hope not.
Time will tell... not much left.
See post 86.
Thats not the militia. Thats the military.
I saw it, yet you are still calling them State militias and not the National Guard.
Oh, so you just want to argue.
OK.
Sorry, but you are working on emotions and not logic. This is all part of the trap. The deepstate called out the guard. There is a false flag to try to get Trump supporters involved in the rioting that may happen this weekend. DONT FALL FOR IT. STAY HOME! The National Guard was called out by the deepstate. They have now trapped themselves in. Remember Special Forces is under direct command of Trump. Together they will unite to fight ANTIFA and BLM. Will be a violent few days, but in the end, Trump will be president for the next 4 years. These will be historic days!
You don’t even know what you are writing about.
“To me it was confusing, unclear ...”
I agree with you except I didn’t see anything there that seemed zottable.
Ok.
To be clear, what I’m saying is that “state militias” are not in fact occupying buildings in Washington DC. The National Guard presence is at the request of the President.
I am sure you are joking.
I am sick of hearing that Trump is playing whatever D chess. So many bought into this a long time ago.
Let’s see the written orders.
Orders have to reference a fund site or nobody gets paid.
Look at the photos at Breitbart.
Militia sleeping in the rotunda of the Capitol with their rifles leaning against the walls.
Who thinks that is a good idea?
It looks totally unprepared.
They can’t establish base facilities first?
Where is the threat?
It looks terribly undisciplined and unprepared.
A person on a street corner screaming at those passing by is a nut, not matter what he’s yelling.
You may have worthwhile insights or valuable information, but no one wants to listen when you don’t follow basic etiquette.
You recognize this fact, given your signature. How about joining the rest of us in civil discourse and mature conversation?
I don’t think that the written orders of troop movements are available to the public generally. If that’s what it will take to convince you, then you aren’t going to be convinced.
