Aurora pastor says home was vandalized with racist message, police now investigating
Pastor Oshaine Wynter moved to Colorado less than a year ago to join a ministry. Now, he's having to explain to his young daughters why racist messaging was spray painted on his garage door.

AURORA, Colo. — Pastor Oshaine Wynter moved to Colorado less than a year ago to join a ministry. Now, he's having to explain to his young daughters why racist messaging was spray painted on his garage door.
"This happened on Saturday night right when I came back from church," Wynter said.
Photos of the vandalism showed the N-word spray painted on Wynter's garage door. Above the N-word the letters, "B-O-P" were also sprayed.
"I think that message states that we're not welcome and it's a horrible reminder of our past," Wynter said.
The pastor said he read online the letters "B-O-P" could stand for "body out of place."
The garage is located in his apartment complex on East Applewood Circle in Aurora.
"Well, it's hard not to believe this is targeted towards me, especially the fact the I'm the only African-American person on this block with a garage," Wynter said. "The N-word is placed specifically on my garage."
Aurora Police said they're investigating the case as a "bias motivated" crime. Right now, officers have no suspects.

I’d bet the farm that this was a hoax. The fact that he moved there recently tells me he’s a subversive transplant.
He is what is the matter with the weak church and “pastors” Claiming he is upset that people have hate in their hearts? My gosh has the guy even read the Bible? Oh and I am sure we will find out that this was hoax but the damage will be done. A real man of God would have taken the opportunity to share the gospel and explain the fallen condition of man.
Well, better send out at least 16 FBI agents to investigate this dire and pressing matter. Can’t think of anything that should take precedence.

What kind of church is he affiliated with? Interesting that the reporter didn’t say.
As a Colorado native, I’m fairly sure that Aurora (aside from nearby east Denver) is the blackest community in Colorado. There is nothing remotely significant about his living there. This might be a ‘tell’ that he didn’t know that and, therefore, perpetuated the hoax.
