Not exactly. Sounds like they’re just going back to what they had in place in early November. Opening a restaurant to 25% or capacity or a theater to 5% of capacity hardly seems worth the effort of running the business.

The questions for these foolish Liberal Governors is when the spike in cases happens again and it’s sure to happen, will they lock down again....
In the UK they are in their 3rd major lock down....I suspect Philadelphia and New York, will shut down again....

The election of bill clinton made the homeless problem disappear. The election of obama made the problem of war and troop deaths disappear. Now the election (?) of biden makes covid disappear.

No food and drink in the theaters. That is where the profit for a theater is even without attendance restrictions. Apparently Dr. Farley did not talk to the theater owners before issuing this insane edict.
Told my wife back in July 2020 that covid will be over just as soon as Biden takes office.
