I can drop Walmart from my list of shopping places quite easily. I have little use for Chinese junk. I have no use for comingling with a bunch of weirdo people. And most of Walmart's better merchandise online is only offered by third-party vendors, not Walmart. So, Walmart can go the way of used cat litter---straight into the dumpster, triple-wrapped.

Small donations is far superior to corporate bribes.

Conservatives are loathed to participate in boycotts. Even here on FreeRepublic there are so many posts documenting so many excuses why Freepers will not do so. For years. Yet, the Leftists use this tactic to go after and beat into submission so many companies. It seems Conservatives do not learn the effective tactics of our enemies.
If you do not learn by example, if you do not learn the lessons of history you are doomed to repeat the results of capitulating to Leftist / Totalitarian History.
Yes, buying from other than Amazon, Walmart, etc...may cost you more money and affect your monthly budget. What is our FREEDOM WORTH?

First of all corporations should not be donating to candidates. If they do, their contributions should not be more than any other individual. If I’m limited to $4000 then. Wal Mart should likewise be limited to $4000.

Corporate contributions are bribes. The candidates should not accept them.

Well, I’ve been contemplating this for a while now because of their extreme pandering to Black Lives Matter and other left-wing political activism, but they’ve finally given me the guts to go through with this. Goodbye Walmart. I would be disgusted with myself if I step foot again in a Walmart. I’m dependent on Walmart for a few specific items but I will now be looking for other alternatives regardless of how inconvenient or I’ll just do without. It’s sad they’ve given the finger repeatedly to tens of millions of their shoppers. They deserve the same action in return.

Walmart is the lifesblood of many deep red areas, having outpriced mom and pop stores into retirement long ago and replaced the local stores with racks and racks of cheap chinese garbage and low paid workers who are subsidized by welfare and public assistance.

It would be unthinkable for a competitor to enter the scene and challenge Walmart with competitive pricing and less predatory business practices, possibly even with an america-first business strategy. Well, it would be... except that massive amounts of retail store frontage is opening up due to the pandemic and real estate debt is almost cheaper than free. What a shame it would be for the company that put all the five and dimes out of business to have the same trick pulled on them.

Walmart pledged $100 million to BLM over a five-year period. They’re not just buying from communists, they’re *donating* to communists.

What funny about this is many Liberals hate Walmart and try to have them zoned out of their neighborhoods and towns. Its the common working people who mostly shop at Walmart.

I just deleted walmart.com from my list. They were trying to compete with Amazon but were bad at it. At least you know up front who is running Amazon, not like sneaky stab u in the back when you r not looking gop type folks.

Many of Walmart’s employees in small towns surrounded by rural areas are conservatives. They’re simply stuck in those jobs for now.

This will give you a peek into what happened with Walmart and what has happened all over the U.S.A.

Alice Walton
Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alice_Walton#Political_contributions
Political contributions
“Alice Walton was the 20th-largest individual contributor to 527 committees in the U.S. presidential election 2004, donating US$2.6 million to the conservative Progress for America group.[27] As of January 2012, Walton had contributed $200,000 to Restore Our Future, the super PAC associated with Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign.[28] Despite hailing from a largely Republican family, Alice donated $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee supporting Clinton and other Democrats, in 2016.[29]

Personal life
Walton married a prominent Louisiana investment banker in 1974 at age 24, but they were divorced 2½ years later. According to Forbes, she married “the contractor who built her swimming pool” soon after, “but they, too, divorced quickly”.[9][30][31]

Walton has been involved in multiple automobile accidents, one of them fatal. She lost control of a rented Jeep during a 1983 Thanksgiving family reunion near Acapulco and plunged into a ravine, shattering her leg. She was airlifted out of Mexico and underwent more than two dozen surgeries; she suffers lingering pain from her injuries.[6][32] In April 1989, she struck and killed 50 year-old Oleta Hardin, who had stepped onto a road in Fayetteville, Arkansas.[31] Witnesses stated that Walton was speeding at the time, but no charges were filed.[32] In 1998, she hit a gas meter while driving under the influence of alcohol. She paid a $925 fine.[31][33]”

Can people list alternatives to Walmart.com to ordering non-perishables online?

Unfortunately, Walmart is the only store I can shop at right now due to certain circumstances. That should change in a few months. And for the past few years, I’d been trying to get everything except perishables delivered to my door from Walmart.com (by Fedex, etc.). It was working, esp. for bulky and heavy items like toilet paper and cat litter or items not carried in my local store. But I’d really like to be able to go someplace else!

Just the excuse they have been waiting for...Wal-Mart hates conservative voters. Conservatives WILL keep shopping there, however.
