I was ignorant to politics until 2008(I was born in 1965) which is the first time I voted, after making the effort to learn how our government was "supposed" to work. Around the same time, I learned my sister had been doing our genealogy for a few years. Our family hales from the South Shore of MA. I grew up 20 miles North of Plymouth. Our home town church was established in 1632. We have 12 ancestral lines going back to the Mayflower passengers aka Pilgrims. We've had men in every war from the Indian Wars to Revolution to Civil, WWI and WW2, Korean and Vietnam.

Are you suggesting that we should stop letting immigrants come here and become AMERICANS? They are not only escaping SOCIALISM, they are coming here LEGALLY and are therefore AMERICANS.

There is SOCIALISM all over the world, and the billions of future-Americans that live in it are welcome to come to the United States.

President Trump said himself in his State of the Union speech that he wanted the highest immigration numbers EVER, as long as they come here LEGALLY. I’m in favor of LEGAL immigration, and AGAINST SOCIALISM!
