there is a technique where you can make a photo look 3-d in photoshop- though i haven’t found out how- you see it a lot on TV like the history channel, where they make the people i n the photograph look like they are 3-d inside a 2-d scene-
it’s not hologram of course- but still kinda cool looking- different anyways- just gotta learn how to do it

The Looking Glass viewers do not convert regular photos into holograms, any more than a surround sound stereo system converts an AM radio broadcast into 6-channel Dolby.
This is an amazing technology for viewing computer generated imagery and “lenticular” style photographs, but ascribing non-existent magical qualities to it does everyone a disservice.
