Indeed the FBI and DOJ have swamp critters in them protecting the swamp bosses. However that does not mean its ok to start using the military without warrants as law enforcement. There will always be swamp boss politicians in Washington, and they can and will abuse the court system and law enforcement to go after political enemies. But even they do not use the military without a warrant...at least not yet thank God. That way lies madness and anarchy.

The plane was equipped with a onboard in flight telemetry system with GPS location that was monitored by Boeing and the engine manufacturer.
They know exactly where the plane ended up and they are not talking. If it crashed in the ocean they would know where it was heading and where and when it went down.
