This is bullshit. What he does on his own personal time is his business. As long as he doesn’t do anything illegal, or conduct himself in a way that would shed a bad light on the police department, then he did nothing wrong. He’s allowed to attend political rallies, but not in uniform, and not while he’s on the job. We were told that if we spoke to the press, that we had to make clear that our opinions were not those of the department. I am so sick and tired of people losing their jobs, or being disciplined for what they have done on their own time. There is no way this guy should be disciplined or investigated. If it was his days off, or if he asked for the time off using his own time, he has the right to go wherever he wants. Just because he was in Washington, D.C. taking pictures, he did nothing wrong.

So tell me again, just to be sure I understand, what are 70,000,000 people to do when they realize
1. The law is not meant to protect the citizens from those in power but to protect the powerful from the citizens.
2. They are unable to voice an opinion on or in any public forum without the threat of physical violence.
3. Any method of defending your family, home or self will cost you money and possibly incarceration if you are of the wrong skin color or political belief.
4. The “vote” no longer matters. It means nothing and will never be allowed to affect those “elected” officials and their unelected bureaucratic support system in the judicial and administrative positions of authority.
