If he wasn’t on duty and in uniform, what is there to investigate? It no longer matters. With the aid of the leftist media (they wont even publish the color of someone that committed a crime, all this guy did was protest and they put his name and workplace on the news) his career will be ruined.

I use to be depressed I had no children. Now I'm glad I don't have any. Freedom is the engine behind progress and it took a big hit when Pence failed to pass the Electoral college vote to the State Legislatures.

This is bullshit. What he does on his own personal time is his business. As long as he doesn’t do anything illegal, or conduct himself in a way that would shed a bad light on the police department, then he did nothing wrong. He’s allowed to attend political rallies, but not in uniform, and not while he’s on the job. We were told that if we spoke to the press, that we had to make clear that our opinions were not those of the department. I am so sick and tired of people losing their jobs, or being disciplined for what they have done on their own time. There is no way this guy should be disciplined or investigated. If it was his days off, or if he asked for the time off using his own time, he has the right to go wherever he wants. Just because he was in Washington, D.C. taking pictures, he did nothing wrong.
