This is the first of two related articles written to date.
The video at the link also provides an excellent 14 minute overview of the international participation in trying to take down the United States.
This is big news in Italy and their government is on shaky ground with this information exposure. Our MSM is downplaying/ignoring this information in the hopes that we will too.

Italy would not be the mastermind behind anything. Italian intel may have operated as a subsidiary of US and UK intel, and all of them may be operating in cooperation with Chinese intel. But to point the spotlight at Italy is, I believe, a sleight of hand. It is a fallback cover story.

Actually, Alfio D'Urso, claiming to be a lawyer on the island of Sicily [off the toe of the boot] claimed in hearsay that someone else (Alfio D'Eia) made statements; that this someone else made a deposition in Naples, Italy; that this someone else has stated he is willing to testify about switching votes; and that this someone else has secured evidence in an undisclosed location.
This someone else allegedly did his deeds in Pescara, on the Adriatic side of Italy, located on the rear side of the boot, approximately opposite Rome on the other side of Italy. Naples is a fair bit south of Rome, on the Mediterrranean [front] side of the boot.
The "affidavit" is missing any indicia of being an actual Italian legal document. It appears to be a gussied up press release. It's heading says Region of Lazio, which is the region of Rome.

Because a General Affidavit Form is a sworn statement the document carries significant consideration in a court of law. The affiant is regarded as having a unique awareness of the facts of the incident and an obligation to uphold the law when delivering their account in the General Affidavit.
In a General Affidavit the affiant must swear an oath under penalty of perjury that the facts stated in the document are accurate. Falsifying a General Affidavit carries serious legal ramifications.
