Actually, Alfio D'Urso, claiming to be a lawyer on the island of Sicily [off the toe of the boot] claimed in hearsay that someone else (Alfio D'Eia) made statements; that this someone else made a deposition in Naples, Italy; that this someone else has stated he is willing to testify about switching votes; and that this someone else has secured evidence in an undisclosed location.
This someone else allegedly did his deeds in Pescara, on the Adriatic side of Italy, located on the rear side of the boot, approximately opposite Rome on the other side of Italy. Naples is a fair bit south of Rome, on the Mediterrranean [front] side of the boot.
The "affidavit" is missing any indicia of being an actual Italian legal document. It appears to be a gussied up press release. It's heading says Region of Lazio, which is the region of Rome.
