The Declaration of the People of the States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

It has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
The Courts of the Federal Government have refused to hear the complaints of lawfully elected president regarding the fraudulent elections of certain States.

The Federal Government in violation of its constitutional duty to ensure a republican form of government to the States permitted certain states to conduct elections not in accordance with their own laws. When these violations were brought to the attention of said government it failed to act.
When presented with ample evidence of fraudulent votes, vote tampering, failure to follow the laws of the State in which the election was taking place and impeding lawful election observers. The Federal Government disregarded the evidence and failed to act to decertify these elections.
When presented with ample evidence of voting machines that were not designed and built to ensure fair elections and resistance to tampering the Federal Government failed to act to rectify the damaged elections or to preclude the use of these machines in subsequent elections.
The Federal Government failed to prevent an ineligible candidate from being placed before the people for election to the office of the Vice-President of the United States.

The Courts of the United States when presented with evidence of ineligibility of the said candidates refused to hear the complaints of the people.
The Federal Government has erected a multitude of Federal Agencies, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. The Federal Government has imposed on the citizens laws and regulations that force the people to act against their religious beliefs.
The Federal Government has, in times of peace, sent our Army to foreign lands without a declaration of war.
The Federal Government has created agencies independent of and superior to the State’s Civil power.
The Federal Government’s courts have struck down our States constitutions amendments, and dully passed legislation without just cause. For protecting Federal officers, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of a timely Trial by Jury:
For failing to enforce our boarders and ensure that aliens crossing our boarders are peaceful law-abiding individuals.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our elected officials. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their courts to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of our constitutional rights. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, in Good Conscience, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, withdraw our consent to be governed by the Federal Government of the United States of America.

Fair, but they allowed the Dick Act of 1903 and the subsequent NDAA which resulted in the unconstitutional National Guard, which has no constitutional authority to participate in overseas contingency operations.

Failing to fulfill obligations and guarantees is “big picture” enough to have impact, when well presented.
Freedom is expressed differently in different areas.
I often talk about freedom in its economic expression being the free market. And, in describing a free market I discuss the requirements for it to exist as “no fraud, no monopoly, and no barriers to participation”. It requires active engagement on the part of a government to deliver that. Laisez-faire... gives a free reign to frauds, monopolies, and barriers to participation... great for organized crime, but bad for freedom. It is not a free market when bad actors are free to be bad... but when virtue is a value those in the market embrace and require of other participants. Corruption occurs... so regulation can be slaved to corruption, too... which makes corruption and its excesses bad, not regulation ?
In context of elections, the same considerations apply, if you want to have free and fair elections ?
No fraud ? Did government meet its obligation... or foster the practice of frauds on the people ?
No monopoly ? Did we have free speech in 2020, as necessary to free and fair elections, or did monopoly control of the media, by corrupt corporations, prevent free speech... even outlawing use of words that contain too much truth ?
No barriers to participation ? Were independent observers, necessary to enable legitimacy, excluded from the process ? If they were, there is no reason to trust legitimacy exists, and every reason to be certain it does not.
We did not have a free and fair election. And, the reason we did not, is the same reason seen forcing failure on our other systems. The elections system... is the latest and LAST of those systems being over-whelmed.
Freedom is dying.
Republicans cowardice has abetted killing it... but as others have noted, that’s a ruse, a tool, used by infiltrators to cow the weak minded and foster the corruption.
Restoring balance... requires recognizing why the balance is askew... with an offering that targets the problem clearly enough that it offers a functional path to correction.
Criminals will not quit being criminals, surrender what they have gained by corruption, and respect your concerns... because you vote against them ?

What can I do? In the face of the coming storm, what constructive actions can we take to conserve what works and protect ourselves? Here are a few actionable solutions anyone can adopt at a personal or local level.
Find your tribe. Network, meet in person. Social media can’t censor what you say in private. This also helps you emotionally, since you’re meeting with people who support you instead of mistaking the digital lynch mobs for what matters.
Preserve conservative institutions like churches, schools and clubs. Fight social justice infiltration or pressure to submit to liberal political demands like, “you really need a BLM lecturer in here, you’ll be good if you throw up our political symbols”.
Educate. Teach your kids your values at an early age, by reading stories that share your values. Don’t let the kids go to drag queen story time or social justice story time. Protest if the school or daycare does this, or if you’re not able to do that, take your kid out and discuss the protest with other parents. Abilene Paradox – people wrongly think that the official dictate is what everyone agrees with because no one says anything against it.
Buy books that explain the conservative worldview and defend it like those by Dennis Prager. Buy books that explain why liberals and conservatives are different without demonizing them like Jonathan Haidt’s works. And start book clubs reading these books. Hello, tribe!
Fight any attempt to add social justice to codes of conduct. For example, the National Association of Realtors just implemented a policy where you can be fined or expelled for “hate speech”, public or private. Other organizations have weaker versions of this, but expect it to ramp up.
Law, medicine and social work already have rules regarding this, equating trust and respect and empathy to liberal values - so you can’t get licensed if you don’t agree. Fight this, if you don’t want to be kicked out of professional organizations if you don’t pass the liberal political litmus test.
Hire conservatives, because businesses are firing them. Assist those who have been fired for their beliefs.

You can even sort by category (restaurants, groceries, hardware, retail) or values (pro-life, 2nd amendment).
Do you like the local or national conservative talk show hosts? Buy the stuff they’re hawking, and especially use the reference or discount codes they provide. This will tell sponsors that this sponsorship is financially important to them. And that helps keep these shows on the air.
Clean your room. Sort yourself out. You can’t fix the world, but you can improve your own life and situation. Read Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University books. Get out of debt. Save up an emergency fund. If Biden’s cronies crash the economy, you’re in a much better situation. And you’re in a Christian group that can be the start of your tribe, or you can arrange classes at your church or with your networking groups to bring everyone closer together.
Encourage Sanctuary Cities/Sanctuary States on any issue you support. Second Amendment sanctuaries already exist. Pro-life Sanctuaries are far fewer but could spread. Support the groups that got these policies passed, and encourage such movements in your area. You may not be able to change federal tax and immigration policy, but you can try to preserve free speech if someone can implement a First Amendment Sanctuary law at a state level.
Use the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) college rankings on free speech to determine the least liberal schools in your area to send your kids to.
