It could be Secret Service (like I’ve heard elsewhere) or someone’s staffer. They need to identify who this asshole is and prosecute him. This clearly wasn’t self defense, just watching the guy.

I she was standing there with the police next to her. The man took a step forward and shot her and basically into the crowd, where the police were standing. The police stood up and pointed the rifle at him. He knows he screwed up. He will get identified. But likely not prosecuted.
