none of the English speaking stations are carrying the President's historic speech...instead, fear mongering about the virus.

I doubt any local station is covering it anywhere, and most of the self-described news stations aren’t covering it either. The don’t cover Trump rallies and make a point of saying so, except to belittle them afterwards.
