We don’t know when the photo was taken. I believe we’re hitting the spin zone. I’ve already seen a picture of crowds that another Tweeter insists was from a 2018 Stop The STeal rally. Will be almost impossible to know what’s real as the MSM will try to fan panic.

Could be a mistake, they are government employees. Our local Forest Service office had the US flag upside down one day, and I stopped in and asked them what the problem was. They were pretty embarrassed.
