I have a pretty good system that I follow but fully recognize that some virus are going to get through because of my own ineptitude and because of the nature of the equipment.
I can tell you I was damn glad I had on a mask and a visor shield when the lady in front of me turned around, pulled down her mask and shouted a long way down the grocery store for her son to come here without thinking... ...and when she realized what she had done she did apologize and felt bad. She blasted her germs all over me even with a grocery cart in between us.
And when I got home I broke out the PVP iodine. Lessen the viral load is always my objective.
I was checking out at the supermarket the other day, when the clerk, who was wearing a mask, coughed into her open bare hand, then grabbed my bottle of Chardonnay with the same hand and rang it up. Now, I’m not a Karen, but have to say I was taken aback. Thankfully, there are packages of wipes at all the checkouts, so I grabbed one and wiped off my bottle.
