And it does us no good if a judge refuses to do their damn job out of political activism rather than adherence to the letter of the law.

On the other hand, we can have a guy shoot at cop cars with a rocket launcher and then get killed by return fire and the media will just cut out the rocket launcher part and announce that the cops were criminals. And it would stick.
