We can have a murder, standing over a victim, with a smoking gun still in hand, security cam video of the perp shooting the victim on a time stamped recording... And it does us no good if a judge refuses to do their damn job out of political activism rather than adherence to the letter of the law.

On the other hand, we can have a guy shoot at cop cars with a rocket launcher and then get killed by return fire and the media will just cut out the rocket launcher part and announce that the cops were criminals. And it would stick.

Truth. Had mutli-angle body cam video and eye witness testimony that some idiot with felony charges hanging over him took a few shots at the Minneapolis PD here last week. He was in turn ventilated by said police and has assumed room temp.
