They are all compromised. All our Congressmen, VP and, unfortunately, likely, our Prez.
Including when he volunteered to present the Texas case at SCOTUS... practically guaranteed they would not hear it— that and the obvious TOOL that is the blackmailed Roberts.
This needs to culminate on Jan 6th— millions will be there— there is no doubt. And much will happen in the time remaining.
Powell is right, the senate opposition is a show for 2024 poll positioning. Cruz is out for Cruz and the citizens of Canada.

As I mentioned in a post yesterday, not one senator stood up until the new guy spoke out. They tried to silence him. We shouldn’t have to tell elected officials to do what’s right, They should know. They saw the same evidence (or more) that we did. Suitcase ballots, hacked voting machines, more votes than voters, witness testimony, numerous videos etc. Ron Johnson sat in the Wisconsin hearing and said nothing til now. But hey look at all these brave senators speaking up. Bullshit!
This is all smoke and mirrors.
There will only be an audit if the Dems agree to it. If the House votes no, and maybe the Senate too, there will be no audit. How this is resolved I have no idea.

Whatever the pros and cons of Cruz’s commission idea, it’s not going to get majority support in either the Senatr or the House. All objections to electoral votes will be voted down onnJan 6 (after a few hours of pro forms debate). That leaves Biden with a majority of electoral votes. So he gets inaugurated on Jan 20
And we have to start preparing for the next election.

What she is saying makes sense. They know that on Jan 6th people are going to show up. Congress needs to diffuse the situation, so they will agree to postpone for an ‘audit’. They don’t want the people storming and killing everyone.
It’s really a great plan. Except it will fail badly because the government doesn’t really understand the undercurrent.
The people that will show up on Jan 6th are just everyday people who want justice and free an fair elections. Many of them love their Republic and Constitution and want to preserve it peacefully. These aren’t the people to fear, nor the ones you want to diffuse.
The people that come next, after January 6th, those are the people that should be feared. By then, every possible peaceful way of resolving the situation would have obviously passed. They won’t really have a rally. They won’t make press statements.
My only warning to those who would stay at the capital is historically. Camping out in Washington looking for a peaceful resolution didn’t work WWI veterans, bonus army. IMHO, they had just cause. MacArthur eliminated them quickly.
I don’t trust Cruz the way I don’t trust Pence.

It doesn’t take two months to figure it out. Think about how many hearings the Dems had during the impeachment hoax. Then compare that to “work” of the GOP controlled Senate these past two months. Where there is a will there is a way.
