The Lakers' superstar has crafted an NBA legacy chock full of championships, trophies and more.
ncluding the playoffs, no one in the NBA scored more points than LeBron James in the last 10 years. He started the decade 124th on the league’s all-time scoring list. He now ranks No. 3 on the all-time scoring list and No. 2 Karl Malone and No. 1 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar are well within reach.
As he turns 36 today, James is fresh off being named the Associated Press’ male athlete of the decade for a record-tying fourth time. To date, he has four NBA championships, four Finals MVPs, four NBA MVPs, 16 All-NBA selections, 16 All-Star selections, the 2003-04 Rookie of the Year award and three All-Star MVPs, too. He has left an indelible mark on three NBA franchises — the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat and now, the Los Angeles Lakers — while piling up all manner of statistical milestones along the way.
There are the eight straight Finals trips, the ending of Cleveland’s championship drought and so many more moments that have made James an icon in NBA lore. Here’s a look back at some of the plays and on-court moments that marked James’ success in each of those stops.
An unpleasant man
Not a fan
Toddler LeBron must have been a really good basketball player to be athlete of the decade four times at age 36.
How can you be male athlete of the decade four times at 36 y/o?
I like OANN, but they keep playing some trash about him breaking the rebound record or something. Who cares!
nba? NGAF! All lebrawn, no lebrains.

I used to like him. Early in his career with the Cavs he showed a lot selflessness in his style of play and attitude. Alas, financial and basketball success has made him very unpleasant. The changes were apparent the year he left the Cavs for the Heat.
He looks a lot older than 36.
He should buy a luxury helicopter. He’s earned it.
LOL, that’s messed up.
They compare him to Jordan all the time. Claiming he is closing in on titles and MVP’s.
But they never compare the number of scoring titles.
LBJ - 1
MJ - 10
MJ = GOAT
A historically great player who has minimized himself as a man.
Would love to see him suffer a season-ending injury....but he is granite.
Yawn... all that and yet still a racist loser.
