In years past, I would have taken comfort in the fact that we actually have pretty clear Election Law that prescribes what can and can’t happen on 1/6.

But as many laws in America nowadays are pretty much routinely ignored entirely by those in power, with absolutely no consequences, God only knows what can and will happen here.

McConnell clearly does not want a vote, as probably no more than 5 Senators (Hawley, Cruz, Paul, Blackburn and Tubberville) will vote on the side of the good guys. That will embarrass the bananas out of 45 - 47 other R Senators. And Mitch is gonna do everything he can to prevent that.

I have a good friend who is just slightly left of center. When I brought up the vote fraud, he brushed it off like it was some lunatic conspiracy.

They completely buried the Hunter Biden laptop story. I remember President Trump mentioning it as a scandal during his interview with Leslie Stahl and she corrected him say there was no scandal involving Hunter Biden.

Anyone who publicly hints that there may have been fraud in key counties of the swing states is treated as being mental and wanting to ‘overthrow democracy’.

And speaking of mental, how about the coverage of Biden’s obvious dementia? Was it today or yesterday that he referred to Kamala Harris as ‘President-Elect’?
