It’s just the flu, bro.

Spain to have a registry of those who refuse vaccine. This registry will be provided to other EU nations. 1984.

Fear porn- “Mutant” strain of Coronavirus found in Colorado.
Bottom line is that each person is responsible for their own immune system. I don’t care how mutant it is...healthy people will almost always be fine.

I think I have an effective retort when someone says “don’t you care about granny?”, which is “I care more about granny’s freedom than I do about her life”.
“So I would ask the same question, not whether we will get mandatory vaxx by govt, but even across many fields of employment.”
Companies have every right to impose work conditions they believe will keep their workers healthy and avoid costly litigation. Workers who don’t like it can change jobs. Freedom includes freedom for employers to set employment conditions for people they hire.
I spent most of my adult life in the military. I was vaccinated for a lot of weird stuff I didn’t want, but they didn’t ask me.

"Was this ever about the virus?" - some larp
:: Companies have every right to impose work conditions they believe will keep their workers healthy and avoid costly litigation. ::
The fly in the ointment here is that those work conditions cannot be imposed outside of the owrk environment as a requirement of employment.
While I can be fired for not wearing hearing protection while operating a lawn mower for my employer, my employer cannot require I wear hearing protection while mowing my front lawn at home.
A mandatory vaxx reaches beyond that curtain to the personal risk environment.
It will be sticky.
Then there are those who work from home...why would THEY need a mandatory vaccine?
“The fly in the ointment here is that those work conditions cannot be imposed outside of the owrk environment as a requirement of employment.”
Not familiar with the law, eh? If a vet is going to work with animals who might have anthrax, his employer has every right to require him to get an anthrax vaccination as a condition for work. Don’t want it? Don’t take the job.
Apples and oranges
We wuz worried about you.
Then, I find out from twitter that you were out choreographing a celebration dance among your hospital helpers.

Employers do not get to determine the state of an empoloyee’s base level immunity nor dictate health care, any more than they can pick my wife or tell me what to eat. Else we need to modify the laws to give me the right to sue my employer for vaccine injury, if vaccination is a condition of employment.
In other words, you support mandatory vaccination.
As to the military, exemptions are available there as well.
“Else we need to modify the laws to give me the right to sue my employer for vaccine injury, if vaccination is a condition of employment.”
Nope. You CHOOSE your employer. Don’t like their rules? QUIT! You are not a slave. Your choice AND your employer’s choice. Freedom.
“As to the military, exemptions are available there as well.”
I spent 25 years in the military. Good luck telling your CO you don’t think a vaccine is safe! In fact, we had a Sgt try that. Was told he’d face court-martial for disobeying a lawful order.
“In other words, you support mandatory vaccination.”
GOVERNMENT can make it mandatory and I oppose that. ALL EMPLOYMENT is optional. For both the employer AND the employee.
Do you support a statewide law which does not allow an employer to prevent employees from exercising Second Amendment rights (eg gun locked in car)?
The issue is not about law, but about Constitutional rights.
As the other poster pointed out, the employer does not get to dictate my immunity during the 128 hrs of the week I am not at work. Can they isolate me? Sure. Wear a bubble? Sure. Make me work on a chair with a dildo shoved up my rear? Nope. Inject crap into me. Nope.
We are working here to remove the right of private business to mandate the cv19 vaxx.
Employment is optional if you’re drawing retirement pay. It’s easy for you to pontificate. Come on man!
I wish you all the success in your endeavor.
WTFF?
“Do you support a statewide law which does not allow an employer to prevent employees from exercising Second Amendment rights (eg gun locked in car)?”
I absolutely support the right of an employer to ban guns from his private property!
What part of property rights do you not understand? I have a lot of guns around the house, but I don’t have the right to take them everywhere I go, regardless of what my friend, employer, or government agency might think.
“Can they....Inject crap into me. Nope.”
Good point. If they try, QUIT!
Why do you consider yourself a helpless slave?
“We are working here to remove the right of private business to mandate the cv19 vaxx.”
Speak for yourself. I believe in freedom, including the right of employers to take steps they believe will result in a safe working environment for all of their employees. And customers.
“Employment is optional if you’re drawing retirement pay. It’s easy for you to pontificate.”
I’ve walked the walk. I’ve been injected with all sorts of strange things, courtesy of the US Air Force. And unlike civilians, at the time I did NOT have the right to quit!
And yes, as a civilian, I’ve quit jobs where I thought the conditions of employment were unacceptable. I quit my last job because they kept wanting me to work 50 hours/week and I had told them 30 was my max. After a string of 50 hours weeks and with no reduction in sight, I told them to hire someone else. And quit.
“I absolutely support the right of an employer to ban guns from his private property!”
That’s not the Constitutional nor conservative position in red states. The law says that lawful gun owners and licensed CCs can keep their weapons locked inside the vehicle.
As with vaccines, the employer has no business denying gun rights on my travel to/from work. My car is private property!
But the solution there, as with vaxx, is to put liability on the employer for the safety of the employee.
You make a great Democrat.
And let’s not forget that the entire motivation for both vaccination and gun control comes from public health agencies (govt) and the legal profession. In both cases the policies are an imposition on personal freedoms.
If you don’t like freedom and liberty, open your business in Europe. Or the middle East.
The Gregg County TX Sheriff’s Dept has made cv19 vaccination mandatory. And they are a government agency. Word out this afternoon is that half the deputies walked out in protest. Good. The uptick in crime is owned by mandatory vaccine supporters, who will hopefully receive their fair share of assault, theft, B&E.
A view of how to resist is cv19 vaxx becomes mandatory:
“That’s not the Constitutional nor conservative position in red states. The law says that lawful gun owners and licensed CCs can keep their weapons locked inside the vehicle.”
A weapon locked inside your trunk is useful for self-defense...how?
If you don’t like your employer’s rules on guns, QUIT! Stop acting like a slave!
“You make a great Democrat.”
Kiss my butt you sanctimonious ass!
PRIVATE property. Freedom to do with AS YOU WISH on your private property. You don’t like a business’s rules? GO AWAY!
You have a fascist’s theory: You want to use the power of government to make others bow to YOUR will!
