this is surmising that trump doesn't get three states to pull back their electoral votes or the courts or pence don't do their duties...
something should be happening this week....another arrest perhaps....we need to tighten the noose...
Thoughts...
In an election year, Congress is dissolved by the calendar.
The next Congress convenes when?
What is the state of the Constitution at midnight on January 1?
Article 1 authority?
Article 2 authority?
Article 3 authority?
Article 4...?
What plenary powers can POTUS wield on January 1 *without* oversight/notification/agreement from a non-existent Congress?
Just spitballin’
Good time to read your Constitution & amendments,
Only Biden & Trump received Electoral votes. No third person. So Congress can only elect one of the two. Or be stalemated indefinitely.
Kamala harris is fairly certain to have 51 votes in the Senate and will be sworn in as VP on 20th.
If there is no Pres, kamala is Acting President. Temporarily.
my question....what happens if biden is arrested, and charged before inauguration....(if he is allowed to)...can the rats just pick another presidential candidate...almost like if an elected candidate is approved but then dies before he can take the oath...can the rat party just pick someone else.?
@@@@@@@@
IMO the Constitution requires the House to choose a President from the remaining Presidential candidates...POTUS is re-elected. VP is another issue?.....
WWG1WGA!

Interesting question. If he dies, the VP elect shall become President. But if President Elect fails to qualify, or has not been chosen, the XX amendment states that the VP elect shall serve as POTUS until a President shall have qualified(unless Congress has passed something different).
