At first I used to say that until my cousin caught it and died. Now, our family friend Daniel caught it only to be placed on a respirator and he passed away last night after spending a month in the ICU. His wife caught it and was hospitalized just across the room from him but she is now home and recouperating plus their son also caught it but his is mild. Only the daughter escaped it but is now dealing with their father’s death.

I am so sorry for your family’s losses, Patriot Babe. I am concerned about my older cousins who live in California—it is bad there.

I know a woman who is early 60s, no obvious co-morbidities who was in ICU for 8 weeks...She nearly passed away, but she rallied and is now in a convalescent rehab center learning to walk, gain strength, etc...She has been at rehab center for at least 2 weeks.

For some it is much much worse than a flu. I really believe the key is to have these items available at home to take at the onset of symptoms.

I am taking Zinc/Quercetin/D3/C daily (Zelenko prophylaxis Protocol) . I am going to add Ivermectin to make it Dr. Marik’s I-MASK prophylaxis protocol.

We had a distant cousin die of it too, young fella, but he did have medical issues- and some local folks in our town who have it right now and aren’t doing so well- but likely will survive- hopefully anyways- They are older with medical conditions- We’ve h ad relatives get it, all have survived it fine so far, with that one exception- but more who got it are young- so very likely to be just fine- An old contractor in town just died WITH covid- however, it’s not known yet if he died FROM it or not- He had leukemia and wasn’t doing well, then got the covid and rapidly went downhill- Gonna be a huge loss for the town- He was well liked and a town fixture it seemed-

I am a big advocate of proning and breathing exercises.

Even though you want to stay in bed and not move because you hurt and feel sick....do it. Same holds true even if it is just garden variety pneumonia.

Perhaps easier said than done. Worst pain of my life was diverticultis. I already have in my head that even if the pain is that bad....I am doing it

there is a recent post on texags site that has a dumbed down version of why your lungs and body hurt and examples of proning and breathing excercises.
