It’s just the flu, bro.
For thousands of years people got exposed to germs and viruses on a daily basis and this helped us build up our natural immunity to viruses. In order to stop the relatively harmless Coronavirus we now have governments throwing away the way we have lived for thousands of years in order to create a sterile environment for us. Only an idiot thinks that it is healthy for society to live in a sterile environment. This “avoid germs at all costs” mentality is a grand experiment being conducted by people who have no understanding of the concept of “unintended consequences”.
In the above paragraph I just point out the unintended consequence of this semi-sterile environment we have created leading to a weaker immune system. But the number of unintended (or perhaps intended) consequences are massive. We have:
1.economies getting reshaped
2.mating rituals delayed
3.the way people interact is being changed
4.people are less freedom loving
5.relationships with God are harmed (if you pray on your own or have a very freedom loving church you are the exception - remember “the body of Christ” - when one of its members is harmed we are all harmed)
6.voter fraud is facilitated by changing voting procedures in the name of safety
Feel free to add your own unintended consequence or elaborate on the ones above.
