A man from Kentucky decided to clear his driveway using a flamethrower Dressed only in a hat and bathrobe the man casually walked down the drive Passing drivers honked their horns as they drove by the bizarre sight Plenty of people on social media praised the ingenuity of the idea with many wishing they had in fact received flamethrowers for Christmas

I’ve used my leave blower to clear off light snow on my driveway. Just need to accessorize.
Well, haha, at least it must have been legal in Hollywood... once upon a time, anyways... :)
Yes! š
Well, it’s Kentucky. The ground probably wasn’t even frozen.
I think it was during the Chicago blizzard of ‘67 where we had a couple of feet of snow and tons of ice. My Dad took out his flamethrower to attack the ice.
IIRC, it didn’t do much help, but as a teenage boy, I thought it was awesome.
Looks like they had a quarter inch of snow.
(The guy will probably have to repave his driveway in the Spring.)

I would just offer, if you’re going to use a flamethrower, fuzzy slippers might not be the best footwear choice
“Apparently the UK writer didnt notice that this was a take off of Cousin Eddie.”
Neither did I until I saw reply number two!
And I have enjoyed the movie a few times.
Clearly, a guy having fun doing a copy of Cousin Eddie.
I hope Randy Quaid sees this - pretty funny idea!
I’d skip the cigar and probably go with a whiskey. The bad news for my neighbors is, I can’t find the belt to my bathrobe, but I wouldn’t let that stop me...

I delivered papers during that blizzard. I'm not sure thermonuclear weapons would have cleared the snow and ice! Or as former mayor Jane Byrne is reputed to have said: "Just wait for a warm day in May."
” But they are not called flamethrowers.
They are Heavy Duty Weed Burners.
...................
ONLY when used on weeds!
I bet his works better the the Tesla ones
Railroads use a jet engine for snow and ice removal. ;^)
All my buddies were carefully clearing their own trees with long poles. I just set the end of the tissue on fire and watched it burn, while holding the garden hose on standby.
Worked quite well!
Who do you think you are, Dino Ciccarelli?????
Tesla sells one. Or they did.
I’ve used a weed burner for years
to melt ice and snow from driveways
and walkways. Works great. But
I’ve never done it wearing a bath
robe. The beer has always been
optional.
Be Nice,
I think that’s my Mom.
