No one from Dominion Voting Systems has been subpoenaed by any court, as far as I’m aware. If they had been, and didn’t show they would be in contempt of the court, which they aren’t. Let’s try to keep our facts straight. There is so much misinformation already out there (and much of it, unfortunately, from people who consider or at least represent themselves to be conservatives.)

Defendants can’t be shackled by lack of standing. These cases will be heard. Libel and slander defendants have a right to garner all of the plaintiff-held evidence needed to prove that their statements were in fact true and correct.
