Thank you very much. I discovered at age 57 exercise to work myself out of a slew of health problems. Such as:
Hear racing in the morning after getting out of bed
Fainting spells at work
Panic attacks in closed malls
Hip joint pain
Pain due to Bone on bone in right knee
Border line diabetic
Blood pressure over 135/90
and chest pains after a steak meal in restaurants.
Doctor did every test possible, including sending me to a psychiatrist to make sure it was not mental problem.
Now at age 80.5 I have more energy than in my 50’s, can mow my entire lawn without stopping etc. Old people do not get enough exercise. They think nutritious foods and prescription pills is the way to go. I found out human body needs exercise to remain viable. Even my colds and flu are rare now because of much healthier lungs.
We are blessed in this my adopted great country of affordable protein food in abundance. All that is missing is aerobic exercise well into our 90’s.
