I would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts, concerns, and frustrations. Please know that I share them. As the most fundamental right of our society, you deserve fair and secure elections; elections you can trust and a result you can have confidence in; confidence that the person who got the most legally and legitimately cast votes is the one elected. Accordingly, I strongly advocated for the hand recount and risk-limiting audit of ballots, and I will continue to work tirelessly with my colleagues in the House and Senate to pursue answers to the many outstanding questions. As your representative, I am working to get questions answered in order to address issues in the legislature which need fixing.
Please see attached, my letter to Secretary of State Raffensperger. In this letter, I call for an audit of mail-in Absentee ballot envelopes, where I hope to find answers to a number of the questions being asked. Also attached is correspondence to the State House Election Board –signed by myself and 93 of my colleagues – requesting a reexamination of the Absentee Ballot Signature Review process. Note, however, contrary to some misinformation, the signature verification process is a statutory requirement performed at the county level and is overseen by bi-partisan boards of elections and registrations or bi-partisan boards of registrars. Ballots and envelopes are separated to protect voter privacy and must be safely kept in a sealed container for 24 months per O.C.G.A. § 21-2-390 & O.C.G.A. § 21-2-500.
Please know that I strongly advocated for House hearings that were held on December 10th to gain more information regarding irregularities from the November 3rd election. I am doing all that I can as a member of the Legislative branch to ensure the integrity of our elections but, obviously, our powers are limited. Many of our concerns must be dealt with by the Executive and Judicial branches.
Finally, because many have asked, "How can we help?" Below are three links.
The first is to the Secretary of State's Investigations Division. Their job as the state's Chief Elections Agency is to examine and explore all reported illegalities. There are currently over 250 open investigations into the election: https://sos.ga.gov/cgi-bin/EMailStopVoterFraud.asp
The second is the House Governmental Affairs Committee email hotline (GAFF@house.ga.gov) designed to receive testimony and information regarding the November 3rd election. Please take the time to share any problems you experienced or witnessed and feel free to review the Georgia State House Report from earlier this year: http://www.house.ga.gov/.../Elections_Investigation...
Finally you can link to the 'My Voter Page' and make certain your voting information and history is correct: https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/MVP/mvp.do
Most importantly, as control of the United State Senate now rests on Georgia, I invite you to join me in support of Senator David Perdue and Senator Kelly Loeffler in their bid to hold the Senate. The future of our country is at stake. Please note that advance voting starts Monday, December 14th, 2020. I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
Run along. I’m sure there’s a Shetland pony that’ll tolerate your romantic attentions and small...you know the thing.
Keep the heat on him, folks. Keep it on all of them.
Take a hike, foreigner.
A country that would elect Obama is not safe. A country that would elect him twice and couldn’t offer better than Mittens as an alternative is in mortal peril. I vote as a patriotic American. But I’m a father and grandfather, too, and must think of the safety of my young. Israel, with its hostile neighbors, terrorists and feckless judges is where I chose to continue to fight. Then, belatedly, Trump came along and gave me cause to hope for my native country.
They should do a Dominion machine recount of all ballots and have it rigged to show not one single vote for Biden and hear if any complaints.
Maybe it’s “gays.” Or “gyms.”
How about this form letter:
Representative Petrea: I would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts, concerns, and frustrations with getting me to turn out to the polls to vote for you.
Please know that I share them. As the most fundamental right of our society, we didn't get a fair and secure election; an election I can trust and a result I can have confidence in; confidence that the person who got the most legally and legitimately cast votes is the one elected.
Accordingly, I strongly advocated for turning out to vote, and I will continue to work tirelessly with my conservative friends to pursue answers to the many outstanding questions about why we didn't turn out to vote for you in this election.
As your constituent, I am working to get questions answered in order to address issues with my not bothering to vote which need fixing.
Please know that I strongly advocated voting for you in the current election. I am doing all that I can as a active conservative to ensure turning out for the election but, obviously, my powers are limited. Many of the concerns of me and my conservative friends must be dealt with by the Angry Backstabbed branch of Constituency.
This branch of constituentcy is pretty mad and intransigent for the time being.
However, most importantly, as control of the United State Senate now rests on Georgia, I invite you to jam support of Senator David Perdue and Senator Kelly Loeffler in their bid to hold the Senate up your posterior.
I know that the future of your job as "loyal opposition" is at stake, but "tough rocks". Please note that my friends and I will be sitting out the 2021 vote.
I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
Why the renewed hostility. Did your little buddy Tejas’ butt hurt when he finally fell silent?
