Perhaps Joe Biden Should Reside in Texas for a Few Years

Texas Statute

"Sec. 36.02. BRIBERY. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly offers, confers, or agrees to confer on another, or solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept from another:
(1) any benefit as consideration for the recipient's decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, or other exercise of discretion as a public servant, party official, or voter;
....
(c) It is no defense to prosecution under this section that the benefit is not offered or conferred or that the benefit is not solicited or accepted until after: (1) the decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, or other exercise of discretion has occurred
....
(e) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree."

"President-elect Joe Biden made a campaign proposal to erase $10,000 for roughly 37 million Americans who owe federally-backed student loan debt, and experts are divided on whether the incoming president will be able to make good on that promise."

Joe's proposal extends way past the usual political campaign promise. The $10,000 would go out regardless of student loan borrower need. From my point of view, we're at the unacceptable point where simply enormous sums are being offered with the primary purpose of buying votes.

The bountifully-baited 'Biden Plan' ad ran on television in West Coast Florida where I live (and probably in the battle state of Texas as well) offering $7,000/year 'child care' credits targeted at parental voters and $10,000 loan write-offs targeted at voters owing on student loans.

Pro-Biden voters (including millions eagerly awaiting their future payoffs) and the courts have already decided that Joe Biden will be our next president. However, I think twelve ordinary Texans should be given the opportunity before January 20th to decide where Joe Biden will reside during his forthcoming term of office.

By the way, how's the fraud fight working out? Have pro-Trump lawyers gotten even a single fraudulent pro-Biden vote offset yet?

Trump supporters can either sing "you can't always get what you want, but you can get what you need" real soon or they can sing "I can't get no sa-tis-fact-ion" any time after Chief Justice Roberts makes Joe Biden legally untouchable.

Eliot Ness was happy to get alleged bootlegger Al Capone for income tax evasion.

” even for a hit and run campaign stop,”

I don’t know, I wouldn’t mind By-Done going somewhere and getting run over in a hit and run accident.
