Rush's sign off was chilling. He could barely get out his sentiments. That final "Thank you" was hard to listen to.
All I can say is, "You're welcome, Rush."
My aunt went through lung cancer.
It went to her brain.
Fast.
My mom, her twin, was sentenced with alzheimers. Her heart shit the bed. We were thankful.
Rush would’nt go out like that, he’ll let us know, but I take away it will be soon. Owe that man much!

You can’t defeat the left because you can’t make all people see their own strengths and take responsibility for their actions.
I think Rush knows that you don’t win that battle. You just push the front in your direction and hope to persuade others to help. Rush has trained numerous warriors to continue where he eventually leaves off.

I don't know what I could personally do about it other than vote for someone else next time. I could post on the internet, call talk-radio shows, call my Congressman, but where does that get me if THEY refuse to act?
We can't get 75 million people to stop paying taxes because the taxes are taken out of our paychecks before we ever get them, so we can't starve DC.
We can march, but they don't listen.
We can burn, but that's their thing, not ours.
So I think she asked a legitimate question, who CAN make them do their jobs?

Same here. I think our profound responses are because of our own feelings about his situation. As he said, he hopes he will be doing the show for a long time. And so do I!!!

Also, I optimistically agree with Rush: “2021 has to be better.” :-). And his last words: “Make it happen.” Rush is a fighter!

I immediately became a huge Rush fan and while he infuriated me on occasion, he was almost always in the right.
Rush also is responsible for getting me into Christmas music. I remember he used to rave about Mannheim Steamroller so I started buying their Christmas albums. Before long, I was a Christmas music fanatic and have seen Mannheim Steamroller in concert at least 10 times since.
We’ll in 2013 in the beginning of Obama’s 2nd term of Office, before we had any idea that Trump would be President, what did we hope for then?
Here’s a couple of thoughts I’ve been mulling over.
Dominion voting machines have to be managed by local elected officials still. There are Hundreds of thousands of local elections. How can that all be perfectly rigged forever?
So local elections matter, the more cheating is done by them the less likely they become useful as people will eventually “wise up” to the cases of fraud or use them themselves, until everyone is sick of those machines.
This country will, if Trump is really out after Jan 20th, continue its downward spiral but then “Orange man bad” is to blame just wont carry that much water.
We may be into national bankruptcy but there are over 400 million firearms held by Americans. The idea that any disarming is remotely possible in as a short term pipe dream. Attempts to quickly do so will lead to actual civil war.
The Establishment has to ride that tiger of “legal election” long and hard. That is really not as easy as it sounds. Especially as people get more and more restless with lockdowns and in spite of the fact that the Media has fallen on its sword and is getting more and more fragmented into the internet and alternate media.
Just some considerations I’ve been reviewing. I’ve come to the point that if Trump actually has a master “4d Chess” move, I can do nothing with how and when he plays it. If he doesn’t have that move, I cannot make one for him but must be secure in my own principles and continue the fight as if it was 2013.
Some additional considerations, if the Supreme court is packed, then war is inevitable. If Democrats in 2022 gain/retain the Senate, then war is inevitable.
I think Rush pops in to FR. He has referred to freepers in the past.

We attended a funeral in Cape Girardeau MO at the Centenary Methodist Church a few years ago. I noticed that there was a private sitting room off to the side of the sanctuary that was titled the Limbaugh Parlor.
The Limbaughs are very prominent in that area. We even had some Limbaugh neighbors when we lived there back in the ‘80s.

Will always remember being present for Rush’s 2009 CPAC speech about saving America despite Obama. God bless you Rush for all your decades of patriotism.
