We see this in the threats of lawsuits against Faux News, Newsmax, the Cooomer lawsuit, and now this one: "President Trump Is On Target In Wisconsin – Ballots Identified in Pristine Condition Similar to Fraudulent Ballots in Georgia and Michigan. President Trump’s team’s recent lawsuit in Wisconsin must be over the target. Is this why a Madison, Wisconsin Attorney pushed back and threatened Gateway Pundit after our reporting on absentee and ‘indefinitely confined’ ballots in Wisconsin?"

I wonder who is funding all these lawsuits. It is an interesting tactic to try and run the clock out by scaring people into being quiet. I even had a liberal friend say that in our text conversation exchanging articles that I would be sued too for spreading "disinformation." We have to fight harder against this Joseph Stalin tactic. From lawsuits they'll move next to sending people to the gulag or a Chinese dungeon.

I haven’t seen it done a systemic manner like this against legitimate news reporter. Maybe I’m just not up to speed on the tactic. Can you give examples where this type of thing was done before especially in a national political election against national news sources? I can remember John Edwards threatening it in his matter against the Enquirer but never filing anything. With the current iteration, if they file and even if they know they have no chance of winning it still ties people and resources up so it serves the desired purpose.

It doesn’t matter if the Judge ultimately tosses them. The desired result is that organizations like Fox News don’t want to pay to fight the lawsuit. It takes time and resources to fight back even if you are on the side of truth.
