Just sip it, don't drown in it.
This is one of the smoothest blended Scotch Whiskeys and if you like the mellow taste of Scotch, you will not want medications.
Don't drive, don't over do it.
“The best forms are glycinate and malate.”
As well as threonate.
agreed. I also like mag taurate
Cannibis edibles. 5-10 mg. Or CBD if you want more mild

“How about Magnesium Citrate?”
best to do a fully reacted chelated magnesium, like mag taurine or mag glycine, to promote better absorption and avoid the runs ...
“I’ve been depressed off my butt ever since 11/4 and I need help. I dont know if meds are the answer but I’ll try anything. I am so not myself and its becoming scary.”
you’re not alone by any means: we’ve got several friends extremely depressed about the election theft and the subsequent death spiral of our country in the hands of the leftist fascists who now control nearly all of the government, nearly all of the media, nearly all of the social media, plus the fraudulent election apparatus.
BUT ... and this is a big BUT: obsessing and depressing won’t change anything, all it does is destroy your own life and for no purpose whatsoever as your internal mood will change nothing but yourself and your relationships with friends and family ... essentially, the Serenity Prayer has to be 100% operative in this situation:
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, ... Father, give us courage to change what must be altered, serenity to accept what cannot be helped, and the insight to know the one from the other.”
It’s not easy, not easy at all, to snap out of situational depression. For myself, I decided the most important thing i could do is to quit obsessively reading news articles relating to the election theft and the biden administration other than some of the headlines, and EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY find new activities and interests to fill the time that i formerly spent as a news junky.
Thanks, I need to familiarize myself with mag taurate.

here’s some high level info.
Much obliged :).
The beauty of the liver is it can heal quickly. Be sure you’re taking 2 x the amount of calcium. I am not a proponent of supplementing with calcium personally, as there is plenty in our food compared to mag.
That one cleans you out well.
Make sure you get enough iodine. The upper day limit is 1,100 mcg (1.1 mg) a day.
This has other items:

From that list, I would try Kava Kava, St. John's Wort, and Saffron last, if you even try them at all.
Unfortunately, it is too late for me. Damage done. Waiting on a liver transplant, but still hang in. I am suprisedhow many people do not know about it. Everyone tells me I did’t know you drank. Enjoyed about 5 drinks a year. But lived on Tylenol and Ibuprophen.
I am praying for an awesome miracle for you. It is very sad that there’s no information out there about how bad those drugs are.
Thank you for your prayers.
I just “discovered” this supplement today, therefore I CANNOT recommend it, but I do plan to try it. Seems to have many benefits, including anti-depressant, few or no disadvantages, so it might be a worthwhile supplement-

I wonder if you wouldn’t get a more well rounded benefit from taking collagen
Get outside for walks and exercise. Volunteer as a dog walker at the local humane society. Any doctor will prescribe anti depressants. They will not address the cause. But if it really bad take them. As for online doctors most of the local health departments will have hotlines you can call to get a prescription for ssri medication. Also most every walk in clinic is having online or televisits in the Kung Flu era.
I can not stress enough getting outside for walks.
