It’s an affidavit as to how the Dominion Voting System works, which in turn exposes how easily it is to be corrupted by those operators intent on being nefarious. It is not intended to be proof as to what an operator did or did not do.

Yes, the affidavit is just a recitation of parts of the Dominion user manual followed by a series of unsupported allegations. But more importantly it’s a successful troll that illustrates that Sydney Powell will accept anything.
this affidavit is not meant to corroborate that fraud was done, just that fraud can be done. You have to first show that an expert says fraud can be done so that they cannot refute it and be unchallenged in their refusal. Once that is established, you can then start presenting evidence of fraud being done.
Does that help make it clear what this affidavit's function is?

From what I can gather about the guy, he is supposed to be a computer geek and is merely stating the capabilities of Dominion machines. The point is that the machines do in fact have the capability built into them to manipulate the vote. The built in feature is what is the danger. It begs the question why was it put there if not to be used.
While I don't believe or follow Q, I can in no way state with confidence that Q is not who he claims he is.

He is a very good IT guy and if you looked at his twitter he is fight like hell to expose the China ties in the government . He has the ability to read all the China rights all over their webpages cause he is fluent in Chinese (He is NOT Chinese BTW )
