From the headline, I was expecting a mobile dual anti-aircraft gun. Not a motorbike from India.

Beautiful machine.

Love the blue.

I need to get new tires and wheels for the long sitting project CB750. The wheels are rusted and pitted.

I had a 67 MG, I think about the only electric bit that worked as the AM radio.

Still, good times...

Mine was a CB450.

Put 10,000 miles on it the summer of ‘79.

Found the best trout fishing of my life wandering around on it.

Mine is an 81.

Bought cheap on Craigslist to play with.

Like everything else, it’s sort of apart but does run.

At times I think about selling it but the bike isn’t causing problems and people usually compliment me when the CB is seen.

I’ve got a couple of parts on the way to fix a small oil leak.

The only problem was that the magneto was on the fritz and I barely had enough juice to make it home before the battery died.

Was way, way before my time, but the old timers I used to ride with would tell horror stories of trying to make it home as the headlight grew browner and browner, Lucas style.

Does it come with a set of whitworth wrenches and sockets?

You gotta get your own wenches, which shouldn't be a problem.

Oh. Wait. Sorry...

Completely understand you on the 2-wheelers not being a part of the life. Wife here actually wants me around, and every time I just about get the nerve up to push the issue with her, someone I know buys the road rash ticket to a dirt nap. Loved the heck out of em when time was on my side, love my wife more now.

Enfields run about $6,500 to $7,500 new out of the box in Thailand. There are lots of them around, and regular meetups.

Pretty compelling for a former owner of BSA Thunderbolt, Triumph Bonneville, and BMW R75.
