The Institutionalization of Election Fraud
American Thinker ^ | 18 Dec, 2020 | Jon N. Hall

Posted on 12/18/2020 3:29:46 AM PST by MtnClimber

Americans should be embarrassed by their elections. The political class is playing us for a bunch of fools.

Many Americans, including this writer, contend that the 2020 presidential election is being stolen. About 70 percent of Republicans and even some Democrats believe that such a theft is happening. But despite considerable evidence, they cannot prove their case and put a number on the full extent of this alleged fraud.

Other Americans contend that the 2020 presidential election is not being stolen, and they, too, cannot prove their case. This second camp doesn’t deny that election fraud occurred but alleges that the margins are too great for fraud to have changed the outcome. Even respected conservatives have taken the position that Biden’s margins of victory are too great to overcome. But that seems to beg the question, because unless one can demonstrate the legitimacy of each and every ballot, one can’t really say what the margins are.

To prove what the legitimate vote count is, one would need to establish the eligibility of all the voters. Essentially, one would need to reregister all the voters. And that effort would be just the first of the several tasks that would be needed to demonstrate what the true vote count is.

The left is great at stirring up confusion. Fake news. Which bathroom to use. Who is a legitimate voter. What is freedom.

If this isn’t fixed, I’ll never vote in a national election again.

I at least have some confidence the elections in Florida were clean. But that won’t last - I’m certain the Democrats will try to force “voting standards” on every state to enable state and local elections to be “adjusted” as well. They’ll call it the “Election Integrity Act” or some such BS, and use the withholding of Federal funds to force compliance.

Here we may have a president Joe Biden, whose official legal stance of his campaign was that it’s OK if only Democrats count votes and Republicans aren’t watching. An unconstitutional lock down resulted in an unconstitutional election

the fact that nobody in DC wants to discuss electoral fraud is probably a clue that such fraud has been the order of the day for a couple of generations...and PDJT showing up now and demanding something be done about it is messing in their cornflakes.

> The left is great at stirring up confusion.

The Bible tells us, “God is not the author of confusion.”

The left is demonic.

The election fraud is clearly happening again in the Georgia Senate Runnoffs. Same equipment, same banning observers from observing.

Men who KNOW what they know don’t give a damn that someone somewhere has some other opinion. The election was stolen PERIOD! There is now enough proof out there to investigate and convict. No agency of authority has done so. As someone has said no one with a badge has looked into it. Know what you know and act upon it.

If this isn’t fixed, then like you I will not buther to vote again. That would not be so much out of protest, but rather because I would have far more important things to do and cast a vote that a Democrat well then nullify.

I’m also not sure that I would always stay on the right side of the law in such a world. Every move will be defined by risk/reward.

Exactly what is about to happen. We’re going the route of Venezuela.

The Supreme Court comprehends that its reach does not extend to felony and larceny in the voting precincts.

That job belongs to the citizens of those states and residents of those neighborhoods to police their vote properly. And not to complain if they haven’nt. Not sayin’ that’s right or wrong. Just the way it is.

Allowing things to deteriorate into a “near Civil War” status and then expecting the “mother of all kraken” birthed in the US Supreme Court to save the day just isn’t about to happen. Neither is some magical EO about to save the day.

A massive revelation of foreign intrusion upon the integrity of the vote could possibly invalidate the election. But it will need half the House and Senate to be uncomfortable enough to do so. We the People do have the capacity to make them uncomfortable.

We-all 74 million of us- have to knock on their doors 24 hrs a day about it for the next 4 weeks. If we do so the Insurrection Act can be enacted successfully. Otherwise PDJT will be impeached if he attempts to.

Can’t leave it up to Sidney Powell and Lin Wood

During the last national election in Venezuela, only about 20% of the population turned out to vote. The govt threatened that food would be cut off if they didn’t go out to vote and they still had a low turnout. They knew who would win before hand, so what would be the point.

This one single item of election corruption (excluding republican poll watchers) should have caused the SCOTUS to declare the 2020 election null and void where the violation of the law occurred. But in a banana republic I suppose Mr Schumer can order anything to be done!

And yet, the 100 billion bullets in possession of conservatives are laying dormant and gathering dust. What good did the 2nd amendment do?

I was given free time to air my thoughts on the 4th hour of the Alex Jones Show on Infowars yesterday, December 17. No matter what you think about Alex Jones, I respect and appreciate that from time to time he hands me his platform, with no “command guidance” whatsoever.

Yesterday I really let go about what I expect under a coming Biden-Harris administration. The Infowars Banned.video title for the segment is “Trump’s Final Battle Against the Deep State is Here.” But a better title might be “Ballot Box or Bullet Box,” so that’s the name I gave it here. Overnight, it’s had 112K views, a record number for my Infowars videos. Running time is just a half hour, with no Infowars commercials until the end, which you can obviously skip.

SCOTUS abandoned their pledge to support the constitution.
It, the election dispute at the SCOTUS level, is not about felony/larceny. At that level, the topmost federal, someone or something must arbitrate between states. If not Judicial, then who?
I contend that when states have a beef, either Executive or Judicial must arbitrate. Texas (and many other states) contend that four others passed local laws that violate Federal — the constitution. If SCOTUS won’t even hear the case, air the grievances, then Executive has right to step in with administrative and/or military power.
