I would think he is fully aware of making such an allegation without having absolute proof. This being leaked isn’t a coincidence....there are NO coincidences.

Normally, that would be true. But our very Nation’s survival as a free republic is at stake. An insurrection is happening before our eyes.

That calls for strong words.

It may be that Lin Wood is forcing the hand of SCOTUS and they are likely to take Sidney Powell’s case, but shun Wood’s plea. Just speculation on my part. But psychology is a factor in all of this.
