I think this could have serious ethical implications for Lin Wood as an attorney. There is a fine line between first amendment speech and an officer of the court criticizing the judiciary.
I would think he is fully aware of making such an allegation without having absolute proof. This being leaked isn’t a coincidence....there are NO coincidences.

...and doesn’t Lin have cases awaiting in the Supreme Court Docket? If so, one would not normally attack the justices that are about to hear your case unless he was sending a message.

I think Wood knows the court will sit on its hands, he didn’t risk anything trashing Roberts. I appreciate his zeal to fight. Better idea is to trask the integrity of the court, and boy is that effective.
There’s no doubt ACB and Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are realizing there is a huge price to pay for their failure to intervene.
