In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberwts stated that he would make sure "the (profane word used for TRUMP) would never be re-elected" Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.

And:

This may be most important tweet of my life. Chief Justice John Roberts is corupt & should resign immediately. Justice Stephen Breyer should also resign immediately. They are "anti-Trumpers" dedicated to preventing public from knowing TRUTH of @realDonaldTrump re-election.

...and doesn’t Lin have cases awaiting in the Supreme Court Docket? If so, one would not normally attack the justices that are about to hear your case unless he was sending a message.

Perhaps this is the first shot in an attempt to get Roberts to recuse himself because he feels Roberts will prevent his case from being fairly heard.

Remember after the court has either refused to hear it or heard it and refused to rule on it, it is too late to complain as there is no one above them to whom one could appeal.

So Wood would need to get Roberts off the bench before his cases are scheduled.

Roberts is a scumbag, but he’s a scum bag who happens to be Chief Justice of the most powerful nation on Earth. Tons of nasty things (both true and false) are said about him on the Internet all the time. Why would he respond to this one any differently?
