I think it’s been clear for awhile that SOMEONE is going to perceived as having “seized power”.
Could be Biden with a naked steal of the election.
Could be Trump with the Insurrection Act to block the theft of the election.
SOMEONE is going to be in power, possibly facing a violent opponent who really wanted a different outcome.
Hard for anyone to “fight City Hall”, as it were.
But I think it’s best to make the first move.

How did Lin Wood learn about the alleged recorded conversation between Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Stephen Breyer? Why aren't the American people allowed to hear the alleged conversation?
That brings up a basic question: Given all the Republicans' alleged "BOMBSHELLS," "KRAKENS," and "BLOCKBUSTERS," as well as allegations such as "SCOTUS Justices X & Y said such-and-such about Trump," and further given all Courts are habitually denying all election lawsuits by Republicans, why not go for broke and publish one ginormous document of all the Presidential election-fraud evidence (and a companion brief summary document) for the whole world to see? The summary should include an easy-to-read table: X number of Trump votes switched to Biden; Y number of Trump votes trashed; Z number of massive Biden-ballot dumps at 4AM; etc. Is that so hard to do?
The vast majority of Americans (including Democrats, Independents, Republicans, and those in smaller parties) still have no clue Trump is seriously protesting the outcome. How many average American voters do you know that rummage through SCOTUS dockets and open even one election-fraud lawsuit pdf? Your answer is, "None." They just assume Joe Biden will be inaugurated on Jan. 20 and that's it. Ho-hum. Or as Leslie Nielsen might say: "Please disperse. Nothing to see here."
Hey Republican leaders, publish the "Mother of all Krakens" document now so every American who is in the dark can read it and learn what's actually going on. And don't wait until January 19 at 11:59 PM to do it.

By doing whatever he thinks is necessary. He could declare martial law, send in troops to take equipment, do financial audits of the existing ballots, order new elections, make arrests, seize assets, whatever the President thinks needs to be done to put a stop to this treasonous behavior and cleanup the elections and restore his legitimate win.
But I'm not privy to what Trump would do. But he won't play footsies with these traitors. He takes a hardcore outlook on getting back at people who have wronged him. The democRATS outright stole this election from him and he knows it and so do tens of millions of other Americans. He's not a turn the other cheek kind of guy. He believes in vengeance.
I believe he'd do whatever is takes.
If he's declaring martial law and sending in the troops, making arrests, shutting down Congress and the courts, jailing people who oppose him, and all the rest then what does he need a new election for?
